1988 Lincoln Town Car
I bought this car from a friend earlier this year. He loved it and looked after it meticulously but now can no longer drive. We have known each other for several years and share a passion for interesting old cars so he offered it to me as he knew I’d be able sort it out and save it from sitting doing nothing.
Mid range Signature Series trim level on this Town Car but still just about the most luxurious car in Ford’s range.
The colour is Light Sandalwood and it suits it remarkably well. In fact they chose this colour for the front cover car on their brochure this year. Feather light controls, column shift auto with overdrive and electric everything make it a dream to drive. Being an ’80’s squarely styled car it is easy to place open the road and easy enough to park too, as you can see all 4 of your corners so not a car to shy away from using when the mood takes you.
