1988 Classic VW POLO Coupe S
This is a fine example of a quite rare model Polo. It is standard but fitted with the smart Hockenheim alloy wheels shod with tyres that have done about 5000miles. The mileage is 119623 but the engine has been overhauled and fitted with a new cam belt. It does not leak oil and uses little between changes ( Oil changed September 2022). It has a 5speed gearbox and good clutch and drives like a modern car. It is currently fitted with a Brantz Tripmeter and Timer for accurate navigation on classic car tours, which can be taken out if not needed by the buyer and the price dropped by £250.
Only problems are fuel gauge erratic and radio does not work, though cassette player does!
Reason for sale is that I am not using it enough and am feeling too old to keep it in first class order!
